I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit outoftheboxdtc.com, our web software collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their experience better.
The only personal information collected about you when you fill out our contact form – is your name, company and email. This information is necessary to respond to your inquiry and contact you.
II. Sharing of personal information
Under no circumstances will Out Of The Box share any personal information that is collected with any third parties or web sites. If you give Out Of The Box permission to send you marketing emails then your email will be used for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
III. Newsletter Opt-Out.
If you have chosen to opt into Out Of The Box newsletter or marketing emails and subsequently decide to opt out, there is a simple unsubscribe link in the emails that will enable removal of your information from the list(s).
IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy, or want to make changes to your profile, simply send an email.
V. Protecting your information.
All the information collected is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data stored about you is kept behind a secure firewall in an offline database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
VI. CCPA and the GDPR.
Out Of The Box adheres strictly to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This includes honoring the right to delete, right to opt-out, and right to non-discrimination. Under no circumstances will Out Of The Box violate the terms of the CCPA.
Additionally, Out Of The Box adheres to the tenets of the European Union’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and honors all rights of the data subject (Articles 12 – 23).
